1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff asserts that, while the Korea Standards Dold Capital Co., Ltd. extended credit loans to the highestest, the principal remains in KRW 34,592,670, interest rate of KRW 12,678,019, the Plaintiff acquired the above claim on October 23, 2013, and the Defendant succeeded to the said obligation upon the death of the highest price.
According to the statement Eul 4, it is recognized that the defendant filed an application for renunciation of inheritance with the court 2014 Ma10063 on August 27, 2014 and the judgment accepting it on October 30, 2014 is conducted.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim based on the premise that the defendant inherited the highest debt is without merit.
