The defendant, under the direction of the name-free winner, took place as if the loan applicant was an employee of the loan company, and conspired to commit electronic financial fraud in sequence by ordering the borrower to transfer the balance of money excluding his/her paid money to the account designated by the victims, after receiving cash from the victims.
