1. The defendant shall pay 21,670,000 won to the plaintiff and 5% per annum from July 1, 2004 to August 24, 2004 and the next day.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the purchase price claim under Daegu District Court racing-Support 2004Kadan5573, on the ground that he sold Ansans to the Defendant and was not paid the price. On December 9, 2004, the above court rendered a favorable judgment of the Plaintiff on the part of the Plaintiff on December 9, 2004, and became final and conclusive around that time. In order to interrupt the extinctive prescription of the above judgment claim
