1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,95,288 and KRW 45,00,000 among the costs, from December 19, 2019 to the day of full payment.
In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the plaintiff extended a loan to the defendant on March 8, 2012 at the interest rate of 11.92% per annum and on March 8, 2019. The principal and interest on the loan that the defendant did not repay as of December 18, 2019 is KRW 50,995,288 (=the interest rate of KRW 45,000,000 for the remaining principal interest of KRW 4,468,543 overdue interest rate of KRW 1,526,745). Since the interest rate in arrears determined by the plaintiff can be acknowledged to be the fact that the interest rate in arrears is 14.92% per annum (applicable interest rate of KRW 50,95,288 and principal of KRW 45,00,000 per annum and interest rate of KRW 45,000 per annum until December 19, 200.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
