A. The Defendant B Housing Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is a regional housing association that obtained authorization for establishment around January 8, 2009 for the purpose of the housing development project that constructs apartment units with the Seoul Jung-gu D D D as a project implementation district (hereinafter “instant project”). The Defendant C is the head of the Defendant Union, and the Defendant A&BC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company that was selected as an agent for the implementation of the instant project.

B. On November 8, 2014, the Plaintiff prepared an application for joining the “E” regional housing association (hereinafter “instant application for joining”) and entered into a partnership joining agreement (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following terms and conditions as of November 12, 2014, and the Defendant Union signed the contract as an executor and the Defendant Company signed the contract as agent.

At the time, the Plaintiff was notified from F and G, an employee of the Defendant Company, that a completion construction corporation will be selected as a contractor and will undertake the instant project, and that the authorization to establish the association was completed, and that the construction work may begin from June 2015, and that it may move into the site around July 2017, at the latest.
