1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. The parties concerned are corporations that establish and operate the C College, and the plaintiff is working as an assistant professor or assistant professor at the C College from March 1, 2007 to February 7, 2013, there is no dispute between the parties concerned.
2. The assertion and judgment
A. The gist of the cause of the claim is that the Plaintiff, while working in the C College, was demoted in Dala operated by the Defendant, separately from the college lecture at the Defendant’s instruction, and, after June 2012, 2012, led to the overdue instructor fee of KRW 55,397,060, and thus, the Plaintiff filed an objection against the Defendant.

In light of the facts without any dispute between the parties to the judgment, and the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 9, 10, and Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the defendant's president E operated the Dakaa Center, a private teaching institute preparing the qualification examination for tax and accounting since 1995, and was appointed as the president on March 7, 2003; Eul's private business chain and Eul's management of the defendant are similar to the operation purpose and education contents; Eul's private business chain and Eul's university purchased the right to use the Dakao Center from the Dakao Center and used as education materials; Eul's professors concurrently serve as instructors of the Dakaa Center according to the direction of Eul; while the plaintiff works as professors of the Da university, the plaintiff was demoted in the Dakaa Center according to E's instructions. However, the above facts alone were that the plaintiff's lecture was demoted in the Dada.
The plaintiff's claim is without merit, since it is difficult to see that it was included in work as professor of the C College, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
3. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
