손해배상(기)
1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A’s KRW 55,642,789 and its corresponding year from January 25, 2014
8. 12% per annum until 31.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Grounds for recognition;
(a) Defendant 1, 2, and 3: Each entry in Gap evidence 1 through 16 (including branch numbers for those with serial numbers) and the purport of the whole pleadings;
(b) Defendant 4, 5, and 6: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Conclusion to the Plaintiff, Defendant A’s reimbursement amounting to KRW 55,642,789, and the same year from January 25, 2014 as of January 25, 2014, following the date of subrogation.
8. The agreed interest rate of 12% per annum until January 31, 201; 8% per annum from the following day to January 19, 2016, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to Defendant A; and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment; and 5,642,789 won for damages out of the said money jointly with Defendant A; and 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from January 25, 2014 to September 9, 2016, which is the last day of the copy of the complaint of this case; and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is accepted on the grounds of all.
