1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,976,90 as well as KRW 28,691,450 as annual interest rate of KRW 15% from October 9, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(However, among the causes of the same claim, the term "creditor" is changed to "Plaintiff" and "debtor" to "Defendant" respectively. The plaintiff reduced the damages for delay after October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum. 2. A judgment by service by publication: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
