A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was engaged in civil engineering and design business with the trade name “D” in B building C, and entered into a survey and design service contract with E, a customer around December 10, 2015, and was requested by G, H, I, and J land construction approval, permission for conversion, permission for conversion, and deliberation on urban planning, etc. owned by the F, Inc. of E management.

1. Forgery of an official document;
