The first instance court.
The court's explanation of this case is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing this case in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(1) The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed in its entirety as it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the testimony of F witness of the trial at the trial as shown in the facts of the plaintiff's assertion is not affected by the fact-finding or decision of the trial at the court of first instance because it is difficult to believe that the testimony of F witness of the trial at the trial as shown in the facts of the plaintiff's assertion is not true.
