However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On April 7, 2016, the Defendant sold a public official’s test book on the Internet NAV (C) bulletin board the “UG Luxembourg market” bulletin board.

The phrase “to send the goods promised upon deposit” to the victim D who reported it, but there was no intention or ability to send the goods even if he/she receives the payment from the actual victim.

As above, the Defendant received KRW 54,00 from the victim D to the Nong Bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant’s father E in the name of the public official examination book from the victim D, and acquired by transfer of KRW 54,00 from the victim D to April 14, 2016, and received a total of KRW 230,000 from the victims from the total of six victims from around that time to April 14, 2016.

2. On July 27, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet NAV and on the bulletin board of the country’s website stating that “The Government will send to the victim G an article promised upon deposit of the price.”

However, there was no intention or ability to send things even if they receive the price from the victims of fact.

As above, the Defendant, as well as by deceiving the victim, received KRW 170,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (H) in the name of the Defendant, and subsequently, acquired KRW 2,925,00 through a total of 13 times during the period from September 6, 2016 (Attachment 2 Crime List) from the victim, from the time to September 6, 2016.

3. On August 16, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “C” is shared with the NAC’s product account by accessing the PC room located in the Jeonju-si, and then, posted it to the victim J who reported and contacted “280,000 won,” and notified the said account to the victim J.
