A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act in the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 9, 2014.

1. No person who possesses a hallucinogenic substance shall carry hallucinogenic substances for the purpose of taking in or inhaleing them, which cause smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, after being released from the military court on January 9, 2014, had a mind to inhale hallucinogenic substances in order to eliminate stress that is not well-grounded in the business that was trying to work without being employed.

Around May 3, 2014, the Defendant purchased two 150 g ocoke 150 g ocokes with hallucinogenic substances, at a steel store located near the Gangnam-gu Seoul educational Dong, Seoul, and around May 30, 2014, purchased ten ocoke 10 ocokes from another steel store near the said steel store, and stored 12 ocokes with the intent to inhale hallucinogenic substances in the TV display box located in the Defendant’s house, Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and 305.

As a result, the Defendant possessed 12 principal 12 pincoke for the purpose of inhaleing hallucinogenic substances.

2. No person who inhales hallucinogenic substances shall take in or inhale hallucinogenic substances which cause smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia;

Nevertheless, at around 22:00 on May 5, 2014, the Defendant inhaled approximately 50g of the “tourcoke”, which was purchased as indicated in Paragraph 1. at the Defendant’s house as indicated in the foregoing Paragraph 1., by inserting approximately 50g of the “tourcoke” in a plastic fluorial paper, into the entrance of a vinyl fluor and fluoring it into the plastic fluorial paper.

In addition, from around that time to around 03:00 on May 30, 2014, the Defendant inhaled the above “tocoke” in the same way seven times in total, as indicated in the attached crime sight table.

Accordingly, the defendant contains a Toluene, which is a hallucinogenic substance.
