A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

, however, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

B On October 18, 2017, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years of suspension of the execution to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the fluence) at the Seoul Central District Court on October 18, 2017.

1. On December 31, 2018, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint violence) around 23:00, around D main points located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and around the time of calculating after drinking alcohol, the said main points operator had no clothes and bags. The victims E (the age of 53) who carried out drinking on the side table, were the victim and the time was the victim. On the contrary, the Defendants were the victim’s head knife, the victim’s head knife, and Defendant A was the victim’s head knife, the victim’s head knife, the victim’s head knife, the victim’s head knife, the victim’s head knife, and the victim was the victim’s head knife. Defendant B was the victim’s face and body knife outside the main points.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.

2. On December 31, 2018, at around 23:25, the Defendants were arrested in flagrant offender at the place specified in paragraph (1) at around 23:55 on the same day, and were transferred to the criminal watch room of the first floor of the Seoul East-gu Seoul East-gu Police Station located in approximately 21-ro 29 (Cheongyang-dong), Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. During the process of resisting that Defendants were arrested as flagrant offender, the Defendants expressed a desire to the Chief of the victim Flag, such as “Cexe, kin, kin, and kin kin.”

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to insult the victim publicly.

3. On December 31, 2018, around 23:55, the Defendants were asked to sit in the atmosphere from police officers in the first floor of the Seoul Eastern Police Station in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-ro 21-ro 29 (Cheongmul-dong), but disregarding that the Defendants, despite receiving a request from police officers to sit in the atmosphere, will disregard it and make the police officers take a bath, and return to the inside of the criminal watch room as described in paragraph 2.
