The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Around November 2012, the Defendant and the victim B (the 47-year-old age) came to know while working in the Defendant’s street room, and later came to have an internal relationship. The Defendant, by photographing the victim’s sexual intercourse head, posted a letter to threaten the victim to either display the victim’s sexual intercourse with C, etc. or to additionally spread the images, and the victim frighted with the Defendant until March 2018.

Around March 29, 2017, the Defendant posted and displayed a motion picture with a victim and a sexual intercourse with C used by the Defendant in the name of “E” in Apyeong-gun D, as well as posted and displayed it on 13 occasions in total from July 6, 2018 to July 6, 2018, such as a list of crimes in attached Form 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant displayed the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual humiliation to the public against his will.
