A. The status of the party is a juristic person whose purpose is to restaurant business and meal service business, and the defendant school juristic person A (hereinafter “Defendant A”) is to conduct early childhood education based on the educational ideology of the Republic of Korea. Defendant B is the chief director of the defendant A.

B. On September 27, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendants to lease (hereinafter “instant land”) the amount of no more than 769m2 (7.3m2, D gas station site, and 709m2 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the instant contract”). The key content of the contract is Article 3 (Deposit and Monthly Rent), - The deposit amount of no more than 50 million won shall be paid to the Plaintiff at the rate of no more than 30,000,000 won for the remainder of the contract (the date of delivery) due to reasons attributable to the Plaintiff’s delivery (the date of delivery of the contract shall be August 30, 2013) and no more than 50,000 won for the remainder of the contract (the date of delivery of the contract shall be 50,000,000 won) and no more than 15,000,000 won for the Plaintiff’s interest on delay (the date of delivery of the contract).
