The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below’s determination that the facts charged in this case were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justified.

In so doing, the court below did not err by misunderstanding facts against logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on the victim's specific purpose, statement of facts, purpose of defamation, and reason for excluding illegality in the crime of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation).

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
