A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is an extra-school teacher who operates a public book room against Busan Northern-gu Seoul apartment, 108 Dong 903, and a middle and high school student, and the victim D (born on June 4, 2001) is a student who received three times a week from January 4, 2016 to June 2017 in the above public book room.
1. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the instant public room around the middle supper, and opened a string between the victim who was seated in the said public room and his chair; and (b) opened the victim’s bucks with two arms, and opened the victim’s bucks.
2. At the end of March 2016, the Defendant, as well as the lower court’s book, was able to write down a part of the victim’s sound as clothes in a knife room, by putting down the victim behind the victim in the manner as set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1.
3. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as the above 2 paragraph 1 at the same time, and (b) at the same time, he saw that he saw the victim as attached to the victim in the manner as set forth in the above 1 paragraph; and (c) was able to put the victim into two arms, and she was able to take the part of his her son’s clothes with his son’
4. On July 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as the above-mentioned 2 at the beginning of July 2016, and (b) at the same place as the above-mentioned 2, she sited behind the victim in the manner as set forth in the above-mentioned 1, and she laid down his/her fingers into two arms, and she was able to take charge of his/her part of his/her clothes,
5. The Defendant, around July 2016, 201, she saw the victim, etc. who she was working in the same place as the above 2 paragraph, and she saw him/her into two arms, and her sexual flag with the victim, etc.
6. From December 2016 to January 2017, the Defendant showed the same place as the above 2 paragraph at the same time, and shows the boom on which the victim is a victim, changed the part of the boom on the part of the victim, and brought in the clothes of the female.
7. From March 2017 to April 2017, the Defendant is the same as the foregoing 1.
