An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

1. The Defendant, while carrying out a cosmetics store in the Seoul mid-gu D market, committed fraud by deceiving the market merchants with the money under the name of the fraternity, despite the lack of intent and ability to properly pay the time limit money, by deceiving the members of the fraternity, despite the lack of will and ability to pay the time limit money by using most of the limit money received from the members of the fraternity newly organized due to the difficulties in paying the time limit money due to the lack of special property from around 2009, while operating the 100-day limit.

The defendant, on September 4, 2009, paid 200,000 won per day to the victim in the 'G' store of the victim F' in the fifth floor of the Seoul Jung-gu E-gu, Seoul, for 100 days, the defendant entered 100,000 won and paid 200,000 won per day according to the order of 10,000 won by 20,000 won. The defendant may receive the order of 8th day of December 9, 2009 from the victim's day to the first day of December 2009. The defendant received from the victim the 12,80,000 won from the victim's day to December 2, 2009, and received from the victim's day to December 19, 200,000 won under the name of 1,1950,000 won as shown in the list of crimes from around that day to December 209.

As such, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 119 million from victims.

2. When the Defendant, as stated in paragraph (1), was unable to receive the payment of fraternity money from the members of the fraternity, and the Defendant was unable to provide the time limit money properly, he saw the victim F of the commercial building as if he could be able to seek officetels, thereby raising the said time limit money.

The Defendant, at the early November 2009 office as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, made a false statement to the effect that “the victim may obtain one of three shopping districts on the fourth floor. The deposit for commercial buildings shall be changed first, and shall be changed first.”
