A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant who damaged property is a foreigner of the Kazakh's nationality, and is a person living together with the victim F (V, 45 years old) in the E studio Building 401 operated by the victim D (V, 70 years old) at the time of racing.

Nevertheless, on January 10, 2018, the Defendant does not state his personal information despite being requested to produce a foreign registration certificate by an assistant H affiliated with the Police Station G police box, which was dispatched after receiving a report 112 before the above building 401 on January 10, 2018, and presented a foreign registration certificate.
