1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,00,749 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 6, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on April 18, 2014, acquired the goods payment claim (26,00,749 won) against the Defendant from Sung Estydi, Co., Ltd. to November 21, 2013, thereby seeking the performance of each principal and interest obligation. 2.
