Reasons
The reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is cited by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
(1) The court below's findings and determination of the first instance court is justifiable in view of the evidence submitted by the plaintiff to this court, and there is no error as alleged in the ground of appeal by the plaintiff). The plaintiff's appeal against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim is dismissed as it is without merit.
