However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Defendant

A is a person running an entertainment drinking house with the trade name “E” in Silung-si, and Defendant B is a person working as the head of the above entertainment drinking house, and Defendant C is a person who operates a “F Report” and provides female visitors to the entertainment drinking house in Sinsi-dong, Sinsi-si.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B arranged sexual traffic by bringing a male son and female guest cause into a telecom in the neighborhood, including by two male sons who visited the said entertainment drinking house from April 16, 2019 to April 16, 200:40 on the following day, with the total amount of KRW 1.250,000,000 including the service cost for alcoholic beverages and female guest visitors, and the sexual relation cost for each female guest guest in an amount of KRW 2.70,000 per capita, and by bringing a sexual intercourse into a telecom, from January 15, 2018 to April 17, 2019.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant C

A. The Defendant, while operating a “F Report Address”, employed a child or juvenile G (name, 17 years of age), and H (name, 18 years of age). If the communication that a female guest member able to engage in sexual traffic from an entertainment drinking club at the time of entertainment, the above G and H were to be taken into the relevant entertainment tavern, and the Defendant was able to arrange the male grandchildren to engage in sexual traffic.

The Defendant, around April 16, 2019, received contact from an employee of the said E entertainment drinking house with a female guest, and took the said G into the said entertainment drinking house so that he/she may engage in sexual traffic, and arranged the said G to have the male grandchild who visited the said entertainment drinking house and engage in sexual traffic. The foregoing is between November 1, 2018 and April 16, 2019.
