Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary point of the court. A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit a report stating the purpose, date, time, place, etc. to the chief of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration. However, the Defendant plans to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration in front of the fact that 20 labor union members belonging to Cno-D branch B branch, who are employees of the said company, together with the 20 labor union members belonging to the said company, who are employees of the said company,
1. On August 28, 2013, from around 08:00 to May 5, 08: (a) in front of the Gwangju District Court located in 7-12, Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju Dong-gu, 10 persons, including the above B Branch E, F, G, and H, are holding an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a certain distance of not less than 10 to 20 meters, stating the following: (b) some of the union members, including the above B branch labor union members, “each demand to investigate unfair labor practice B users”; and (c) some union members, at a certain distance of not less than 10 to 20 meters, call for an outdoor assembly or demonstration;
2. From around 08:05 to 09:00 on August 29, 2013, the foregoing Gwangju District Court held an outdoor assembly or demonstration by having 8 persons, such as the above B branch labor union members I, J, and K, punish the president of Korea who works for a thorough labor union member, and the Korean president who works for a limited labor union member, “the Korean president who works for a thorough labor union member who works for a union member who works for a union member who works for a union member who works for a union member who works for a union member who works for a union member who works for a union member who works for a union member who works for a union member who works for a certain distance of 10 to 20 meters.”
