1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 20,136,684 and KRW 15,751,605 among them, per annum from October 30, 2003 to November 11, 2004.

The plaintiff's claim of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription has a benefit of lawsuit.
