2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The net A is a member of the H, an incorporated association from July 1, 2004, and the assigned branch is one of the subordinate branches under the H, an incorporated association. Defendant G was the head of the H branch under the corporate association from January 2010 to December 2015, and Defendant F is the head of the H branch from January 2016 to December 201.

(b) On January 24, 2016, the granting branch made a resolution ordering the total of six persons, including A, including A, at the meeting of executive officers on the ground that the network A had a duty to pay membership fees for a long time, failed to pay membership fees, and renounced its activities, although it was a member.

C. Meanwhile, according to the articles of association of an incorporated association and the rules on the establishment and management of the H branch, the following provisions are stipulated.

Article 3 (Location) The Secretariat of the plenary session shall be established in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the metropolitan local governments may have branch offices in the basic local governments and overseas.

Article 5 (Qualification of Members) Members of the plenary session shall be persons who majored in art and who consent to the purpose of the plenary session and are approved by the board of directors pursuant to the submission of the proposal of the subcommittee in question through the prescribed procedures for attendance.

Article 10 (Disciplinary Action) (1) Where a member of the plenary session falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the chief director may take disciplinary action upon resolution of the board of directors:

(2) The kinds of disciplinary actions referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be as follows:

1. Warning;

2. Suspension of rights;

3. The purpose of Article 1 (Purpose) (1) of the Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of the H Branch, an incorporated association, is to stipulate matters relating to the organization and operation of the branches and sub-branches as provided for in Article 3 in order to achieve the purpose of Article 2 of the H Articles of Incorporation.

Article 13 (Disciplinary Action) (1) Types of disciplinary action to be decided at chapters are as follows:

1. Warning;

2. Suspension of rights;

(3) No member of the plenary session shall be expelled at its branch office.

Provided, That where the branch office resolves the expulsion of a member pursuant to the provisions, the head of the branch office shall make a request for the expulsion and evidentiary materials to the headquarters.
