1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 432,54,709 as well as KRW 280,00,000 among them, from December 7, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The claim against the Plaintiff via the Ebrid Baba and Cbbr-use partnership loan Co., Ltd., Ltd. on December 14, 2012. The claim against the Defendant of us Co., Ltd. on the remainder of the loans under the loan transaction agreement dated May 4, 2007, and the claim against the Defendant of us Co., Ltd. on the performance of the remainder principal amount of the loans, KRW 280,000,000, interest or delay damages claim.
2. Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
