Reasons
The reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, it is accepted pursuant to the main text of Article 420
(Unless the evidence examined by the court of the first instance duly adopted and examined, it is difficult to change the facts and judgment acknowledged by the court of the first instance. The plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
