Defendant A, B, C, and D are jointly and severally 407,890,410 won and 400,000,000 won among them.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

That damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553), is not recognized (see Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the above Regulations).
