Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a business owner who performs construction works on D detached Housing in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si.
On May 20, 2017, around 07:50, the Defendant directed the victim E (58 tax years) (the victim) of the person who used the building work for the defendant at the building site of the above detached house to perform the steel bars of the second floor.
