1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 1, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim on the ground that the lease contract on March 21, 2012 with respect to the Seongbuk-gu Seoul House Group 401 was terminated on March 21, 2012, the lease deposit amount of KRW 70 million and delay damages from the next day of the delivery of the complaint (the plaintiff shall deliver the above house to the defendant on September 1, 2014).
