Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the owner of Kimhae-si B who has been designated as a natural green area.
Where a building is to be installed in a green area within an urban area, the development activity permission shall be obtained.
Nevertheless, from July 2014, the Defendant, without any permission, constructed a Dong with a size of about 18 square meters on the above land and violated it.
