Purport of claim and appeal

1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant obtained credit cards from each of the financial institutions listed as follows (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “financial institutions of this case”) and used them, and as of March 31, 2005, did not pay each principal stated in the “loan Balance” column as of March 31, 2005
(hereinafter referred to as “instant claim” according to the sequence below, and the combination thereof shall be referred to as “each of the instant claims”). (b)
On May 13, 2005, the instant financial institution transferred each of the instant claims against the Defendant to the Plaintiff, and around June 16, 2005, sent the notice of assignment to the Defendant by content-certified mail.
C. As of July 17, 2008, the interest in arrears of the Defendant is indicated as indicated below in the “unclaimed interest” column, and the overdue interest rate applied to each of the instant claims from April 2, 2005 by the Plaintiff is 17% per annum.
On July 18, 2008, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit seeking the payment of each of the instant claims that the Plaintiff acquired against the Defendant.
The purpose of all pleadings is as follows: 10,56,170 won (8,248,747 won) 18,814,917 won (6,300 won (6,295,923 won) 12,321,223 E- card 3 E- card 8,235,70 won (8,235,700 won) 8,321,321,35,356 won (16,24,827,170 won) 22,86,866,00 won (22,86,026,026,47,93,196 won (based on recognition) on August 21, 200, 200.

According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff, the transferee of each of the claims of this case, the total amount of KRW 47,693,196 as well as the principal amount of KRW 24,827,170 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 17% per annum from July 18, 2008 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, unless there are special circumstances.
