A. On January 31, 1998, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant as shown in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with a period from January 31, 1998 to January 31, 2013, setting the insurance period as from January 31, 1998.

B. The main contents of the instant insurance contract are as follows.

[General Terms and Conditions for Cancer Insurance for Purpose in the Domestic Maternity] Article 3 (Damage to Compensation) of the Act provides that if an insured event falls under any of the following cases after the commencement date of liability for cancer stipulated in Article 7 (1) during the insurance period, the insured shall be guaranteed in accordance with this Clause:

2. Where the insured is hospitalized for at least four consecutive days for the direct purpose of treating cancer (excluding ambacy cancer) after the commencement date of the responsibility for cancer security and received medical treatment from a doctor prescribed in Article 5;

3. Where the insured is hospitalized for not less than 91 days for the direct purpose of treating cancer (excluding the ambacy cancer) after the commencement date of responsibility for cancer security and received medical treatment from a doctor prescribed in Article 5;

4. When the insured undergoes an operation for the direct purpose of treating cancer (excluding amamacy cancer) after the starting date of the responsibility for cancer security (Article 28) (1) A company shall pay the following amount to the insured as cancer hospitalization benefits when the insured under subparagraph 2 of Article 3 is hospitalized:

(2) When the insured is hospitalized on the ground of Article 3, subparagraph 3, the following amount shall be paid to the insured as cancer income compensation benefits.

If a person is hospitalized on the 91 day, 121 day, 151 day, and 151 day, if he/she is hospitalized on the 181 day of continuous hospitalization (91, 121, 151 day), he/she is hospitalized on the 181 day of continuous hospitalization (1,00,000 won) and is hospitalized on the 3666 day after each month from the 181 day of continuous hospitalization (181 day).
