However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On August 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on August 1, 2020, around the staff room of the Geum-gu Office located in 1777 as the center of the Geum-gu Office in Busan, for the reason that a public official on duty was in a fluorial response, and damaged the disturbance, and (b) on the ground that a public official on duty was in a fluorous response, he

Around 01:40 on August 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) while operating a car with a hurburged vehicle B in front of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the Defendant left the said car, which is a dangerous object without any particular reason, and damaged 350,000 won by receiving the entrance doors of the warehouse owned by the victim D, and thereby causing damage to the repair cost.

At the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 2, the Defendant: (a) observed the crime under paragraph 2; (b) stopped the G patrol vehicle, which is a public object, behind the passenger vehicle, after having stopped the said G patrol vehicle, at the lower end; (c) obstructed lawful performance of duties of the police officer with regard to the prevention and suppression of crime by the police officer; (d) obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties; and (e) damaged the repair cost of KRW 685,570 to the said patrol vehicle.

At around 01:45 on August 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) while operating an IG in the vicinity of the IG located in Geum-gu, Busan, the Defendant destroyed the 575,320, and the 672,550 won of the repair cost for the said cab and the said SM5 car, in turn, by discovering the passenger car owned by the victim JJ and the victim L, who is in parking, owned by the victim J.; and (b) by discovering the said cab and the said SM5 car, which are dangerous things.

The Defendant, at around 01:50 on August 1, 2020, operated the said Ampurd passenger vehicle at the O District of the Geum-gu Police Station located in the Geum-gu Office of Busan, Geum-gu, Busan, and reported on the crime under paragraph 4, was dangerous that P, a police officer belonging to the said Go-gu, who called the above Go-gu, tried to prevent the progress of the vehicle above Qmbling patrol, a public object, and to stop the operation of the vehicle.
