1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally with the plaintiff 50 million won and the plaintiff 15 March 2005 from December 16, 2004 to March 15, 2005.

1. On September 27, 2012, the Plaintiff seeking a part of the above claims in order to extend the period of prescription of the claims for reimbursement (as a judgment of the Seoul Central District Court No. 2007Da1227942, Sept. 27, 2012) that were acquired from the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (the Korea Technology Finance Corporation prior to its change):
