1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 19% per annum from March 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff, the debtor, and the defendant in part).

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 100,000,000 won and the interest rate of 19% per annum from March 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.
