A. Basic facts 1) Defendant AL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant AL”), and AM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant AM”) are new construction and sale of AO apartment units (hereinafter “instant apartment units”) on the ground of 65,758.9450 square meters in Young-si in the Young-si in Incheon Metropolitan City Free Economic Zone Young-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, which are multi-family housing of 1,287 square meters in size.

Defendant Master Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Master Construction”) is the executor of the above business, and the Defendant Korea Assets Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Korea Assets Trust”) entrusted the implementation of the above case to Defendant Korea Assets Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Korea Assets Trust”).

(B) When the above Defendants are collectively named, the Defendant Incheon Metropolitan City is the general project operator of the above Young-gu Incheon Metropolitan City development project, which is the joint unit project operator of the above development project together with the Incheon Metropolitan City Urban Development Corporation. (c) The Plaintiffs are people who have concluded a contract for sale in lots with the Defendant Korean Asset Trust and the Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation for the apartment of this case.

(2) On August 11, 2003, the sale contract of the apartment of this case was designated as the Incheon Free Economic Zone by the Ministry of Finance and Economy No. 2003-19 on August 11, 2003, and the defendant Incheon Metropolitan City and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation established "the Incheon Basic Urban Planning Act of 2020" and "the development plan (amended) and implementation plan for the 3-Stop City in 2020", including the third-Stop School and the construction plan for the second airport railway around 2006.

Accordingly, the defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation has developed housing sites in Yong-gu and sold housing sites to construction companies, including the comprehensive construction of defendant master ships.

B. The comprehensive construction of Defendant Master Housing is Hanyang, Dong Housing Co., Ltd., New Master Construction Co., Ltd., Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd., and Hyundai Construction Co.
