1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties A is the spouse of F, who was in service at the Jeonnam University E (hereinafter “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B, C, and D are the children of the deceased.
B. (1) On July 12, 2013, the Deceased, at around 18:30 on July 12, 2013, had a meeting in the Nam-gu Nam-gu G located in Gwangju-gu and went home with the journals on drinking, and went home on to go home at around 22:30 on after drinking.
(2) Afterwards, the Deceased was faced with an accident that fells the left-hand pedestrian road of J (hereinafter referred to as the “instant bridge”) from the south-gu G located in Gwangju metropolitan area into the ground floor below 3m (hereinafter referred to as the “instant accident”). As a result, the Deceased suffered from the injury, such as the instant accident, which was caused by the fall between the strings and the front-lines immediately preceding reaching I, and then falls into the ground floor below the 3m. C. (1) The instant bridge located in Gwangju Nam-gu G and connecting I and H is a bridge with a length of 56 meters completed in 1963, width of 12 meters, and a bridge height of 5 meters, and a rail of about 1m is installed on the left and right-hand pedestrian road.
(2) On May 11, 2013, before the instant accident occurred, there was an accident in which the vehicles try to turn to the left from the instant bridge at H 2:35 on May 11, 2013, and the vehicles going to the left at the first line, and the subsequent vehicles going to the left left at the right level, are subject to the rail of the instant bridge (the point where the instant accident occurred) while the vehicles are pushed to the right side.
