Punishment of the crime
No person shall commit an act of infringing on trademark rights and exclusive use rights of a trademark identical with or similar to another person's registered trademark by delivering, selling, forging, forging, or possessing such trademark for the purpose of using or making another person use such trademark on goods identical with or similar to the designated goods.

4. Defendant D is a person who, from around 2014, has been operating a mutually recyclable shop in Ulsan-gu K in Ulsan-gu.
