1. The Defendant’s KRW 24,449,870 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from April 29, 2015 to March 3, 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. The judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended, and the rate of delay damages applied pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% from October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages exceeding the above rate of delay damages is dismissed as there is no ground.)
