1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 21, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On May 6, 2008, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 31 million to the Defendant on June 9, 2008 as the due date for repayment. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above borrowed amount of KRW 31 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, as requested by the Plaintiff.
