Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that the defendant only submitted a formal written objection that "after receiving an original copy of the payment order, the plaintiff dismissed the plaintiff's claim" and did not submit a substantive written response. Since the plaintiff did not appear on the date of pleading, it is deemed that all the plaintiff's assertion was led to the confession under Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
