1. The Defendant’s KRW 120,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 1, 2009 to September 16, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On February 8, 2009, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 120,000,000 to the Defendant on July 30, 2009.
However, as the Defendant does not fully pay the above money up to the present day, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 120,000,000 and damages for delay from August 1, 2009 to the day of full payment.
