A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 22, 2017, the Defendant driving a D-wing truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.134% from the 1km section to the front road of “C” located in the Dong-gu, U.S.-gu, U.S. and U.S., U.S. and U.S.A. at the same time. (D-wing) on February 22, 2017.
2. Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim E and the victim M (the age of 25) who is his/her passengers by occupational negligence as above, such as “satis and tensions,” which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and the injury to the victim G and the victim N(the age of 42) who is his/her passenger, such as “satis and tensions,” which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the injury to the victim I and the victim K, such as “atis and tensions,” which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, is the victim who is the same passenger of the above I.
