From around 2012 to 2014, the Defendant worked as an employee at the “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” located in Si-si, Si-si, and concluded a lease contract with the victims under the condition that rents, etc. are less than the actual contract, while entering into the lease contract with the victims, the Defendant would have been in charge of mediating the lease contract between the tenants of the above building and the victims and receiving the rents, etc., and was delegated by the victims to enter into the lease contract with the victims under the conditions of the contract such as the receipt of the deposit, etc., while entering into the lease contract with the victims, the Defendant would have concluded the lease contract with the victims under the condition that rents, etc. are less than the actual contract when the victims owned by Si-si, Si-si, Si-gu, Si-si, Si-gu, Gun-type Multi-household, the victims, at the time of the Plaintiff’s ownership of Gu-type, and the difference therefrom would have

1. Occupational embezzlement;

A. On April 2013, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the said D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office on the condition of KRW 370,000,000 per month and KRW 2,000 per month from May 2013 to May 16, 2014, with respect to H 205, at Siriri-si, where the lease agreement was entered into on the condition of KRW 205,00,000 per month without a deposit, and on the condition of KRW 3,00,000,000 per month of Vietnam’s nationality and KRW 3,000,000,000 per month, while receiving KRW 3,00,000 from the said D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, and then embezzled the remainder of KRW 2,71,00,000 per month from May 2013 to May 2014 and embezzled the remainder of KRW 1,70,00,00 for daily consumption.

B. On December 16, 2013, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with L and Sinsi F and 203 on deposit money of KRW 30 million and monthly management expenses of KRW 25,000 at the said D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.
