The defendant is the former president of the victim B, an incorporated association.

On March 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on March 30, 2016, held a board of directors of the Federation and resigned the membership of the Federation; (b) on April 7, 2016, the Defendant appeared at a general meeting of members held at the E-school located at Busan Metropolitan City on April 7, 2016 and reversed the said resignation; (c) however, the F, a director of the Defendant’s opposition, was elected as a new president.

On July 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on July 25, 2016, the Defendant reported that he/she lost the corporate passbook to the H person in charge of the foregoing Association by using the fact that he/she still has been registered as the representative of the Association; and (b) received a new corporate passbook.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's work as a deceptive scheme.

2. On December 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) arbitrarily organized an emergency response committee on January 19, 2017; and (b) transferred the corporate passbook to the Chairperson of the Emergency response Committee; (c) however, the Chairperson of the Emergency Measures Committee returned the corporate passbook to the F elected as the president of the Association at an extraordinary general meeting held at Kimcheon-si on September 1, 2017.

On December 6, 2017, the Defendant reported the loss of the corporate passbook to H by using the fact that F still has been registered as the representative of the Association, for the purpose of preventing the use of the corporate passbook at H located in Seongbuk-gun G, Seongbuk-gun, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's work as a deceptive scheme.
