The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
At around 04:05 on October 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) carried out a marital fighting with the Defendant’s wife and the husband at a “C” restaurant located in Tong Young-si B; (b) the victim D (49 years of age) served on the Defendant on the ground that the Defendant said the Defendant would not be disturbed in the restaurant; (c) “I am flick in the male couple’s fighting”, “I am flick in the male couple’s fighting; and (d) assaulted the victim’s face and body by drinking.”
Judgment
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On June 4, 2019, the aggrieved party withdraws his wish to punish the Defendant by submitting a written agreement.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
