The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

The facts charged of this case are as follows: (a) at the D office located in Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City around 09:30 on May 27, 2014, the victim E asked three persons, such as the reporter’s office staff, etc., about the unpaid portion of the benefits; and (b) the victim publicly insultd the victim by saying, “this year goesnidine, it must be raised up, two years, and there is no way to do so,” and the victim’s accusation was revoked. Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed.
