Punishment of the crime
On April 12, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a vehicle around 12:10, driven a cub car from approximately 500 meters to B at a section of approximately 126-2 meters from the spring day before the point of Busan Bank located in the 190 (U.S.-dong) to the front road of the spring day located in the 126-2 (U.S.-dong).
