The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

The Defendant appealed on the ground that the sentence imposed by the lower court (ten months of imprisonment, three years of probation, three years of probation, and one hundred and twenty hours of community service order) is too unreasonable. However, in full view of all the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments in the instant case, it is not recognized that the sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendant for reasons as stated in its reasoning is too unreasonable.
